The mission of the Office of Human Resources is to efficiently administer an effective Human Resources program by ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates to fill City vacancies; maximizing the quality of service provided to the public by managing and developing the skills of qualified employees; efficiently administering an equitable and competitive benefit program offered to full time employees; and effectively manage and enforce personnel policies and procedures.
