You can also request a zoning certificate which will provide general use and zoning information for the property in question by mailing the written request along with a processing fee of $25.00 to the department of PZDI. by enclosing $25.00 in an envelope and mailing to Guy Weston, City of Newport, 43 Broadway, Newport, RI 02840.
