Facility Rental Fees

Day Use Picnic Area:

  • $10/hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))
  • $15/hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)
  • Restroom fee: $35 (if applicable)

 Gymnasium:

  • $50/hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))
  • $75/hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)
  • Facility attendant required for all gym rentals
    • $15 per hour

General Park Use Rental Fees

Programmable Open Space

  • $15/hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))
  • $25/hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)

Park Rental (Gazebos, Special events, etc.)

  • $100/2 hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))#
  • $250/2 hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)#

Field Rental Fees

Regular Park Field (no field prep)*

  • $15/hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))
  • $25/hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)

Cardine's Field (Cardine's Field)*

  • $50/hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))
  • $75/hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)
  • Add on Fees
    • Lights (if needed)
      • $50 per date
    • Facility attendant
      • $20 per hour
    • Field Prep included in rental rate

Toppa Field*

  • Full Field
    • $150/hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))
    • $200/hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)
  • Half Field
    • $95/hour (Resident/Non-profit 501 (c))
    • $125/hour (Non-Resident/For-Profit)
  • Add on Fees
    • Lights (if needed)
      • $50 per date
    • Facility Attendant and Field Prep included in rental rate
