Parking Violation Review

The Parking Violation Review process provides our residents and visitors an opportunity to have a ticket reviewed prior to paying or requesting an appearance in court. The review process begins when you submit the information below. You will be notified whether the request was accepted. If it was not accepted you still have an opportunity to be heard in Newport Municipal Court. Provide a detailed description of why you believe this parking ticket was issued in error.
