Bath House renewals are mailed to the address on file mid-March. The renewal application will have the renewal deadline date on the application, typically mid April. If you did not receive your renewal application, please contact the Beach Manager.
We are currently accepting waitlist applications, in order to be put on the waitlist you must create an account within Community Pass and pay a deposit of $200. If you are not assigned a bathhouse for the upcoming beach season you will be returned the deposit.
Waitlist applicants will be assigned a bathhouse after the current bathhouse member renewal period is over, typically around early May. Once you are assigned a bathhouse you will receive an email and a balance will be placed on your Community Pass account for the difference between the deposit and the total fee of the bathhouse.
Step 1 Visit https://register.communitypass.net/cityofnewport to begin.
Step 2 If you already have a CommunityPass account from another organization or community, please use your existing username and password to log in to Community Pass. You do not need to create a new account.
If you do not have an existing Community pass account Click on “Create an Account.” Complete the family account form by filling in your information and clicking on “continue” until you finish your account setup. Your family account is now set up.
Step 3 Click the ACTIVITIES & RESERVATIONS button. Then click "2021 Seasonal Bath House Membership" from there you will select the first toggle, "Bath House WAITLIST"
Step 4 Please follow the remaining steps to complete and pay for your registration. CommunityPass will calculate your cost on your “Confirmation” page. Payment can be made with a credit card (Visa/ Master Card/Discover)
