The Touro Parking Lot is a small parking lot (32 spaces) accessible from Clarke St. (off Touro St.). Parking is limited to three (3) hours. There are several spaces reserved for Newport residents. The same three (3) hour limitation applies to Newport residents.
A Pay by Plate multi-space parking meter accepts coins, bills or credit card. Enter plate number, select the number of hours you wish to park, and insert payment. Payment may also be made using the Passport Parking App. (Zone 40/01)
