The Touro Parking Lot is a small parking lot (32 spaces) accessible from Clarke St. (off Touro St.). Parking is limited to three (3) hours. The same three (3) hour limitation applies to Newport residents.
A Pay by Plate multi-space parking meter accepts coins, bills or credit card. Enter plate number, select the number of hours you wish to park, and insert payment.
