Mooring Renewals are Going Digital

Mooring Renewals are Going Digital

Beginning next year, the Harbormaster's Office will be processing mooring renewals strictly online.

If you're a permit holder, please be on the lookout for an email sent in early January with a link to an online permit application for the 2023 season. Once an application is submitted, staff will review the information provided and once complete, the mooring holder will receive a second confirmation email along with an invoice to obtain their permit.

Our hope is that this new process will allow us to have more accurate information to keep Newport Harbor safe, and to provide a more convenient way for folks to renew their mooring permits going forward!

Please note that because this will be a new system for all of us, please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions
